Uzbekistan is a unique place where tourists can observe the beauty of all four seasons. We invite you to explore our country in winter period.
Most of Uzbek land is deserted area. People hardly believe we have snow in winter. But that is true! We have much snow!!! Mild winter weather won’t disturb you to admire ancient mosques and madrassahs covered with snow. Winter in Southern Tien Shan Mountains is full of opportunities. You can do all your favorite sports there: heliboarding, skiing, snowboarding and paragliding. Hot green tea and friendly faces of local people will warm you during your trip to wonderful Uzbekistan!

DETAILED PROGRAM:

DAY 1: Arrival to Tashkent International airport. Meeting with tour escort guide and transfer to hotel for accommodation. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 2: After early breakfast at hotel restaurant transfer to railway station. Drive to Samarkand (300 km one way) by express train. Upon arrival sightseeing of city:

• Gur-Emir mausoleum with Timur’s grave
• Registan square

Lunch at local restaurant. Continue sightseeing:

• Shahi Zinda complex
• Siab Bazaar
• Wine tasting in Khovrenko wine factory

Transfer to railway station and depart to Tashkent. Overnight at Tashkent hotel.

DAY 3: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Drive to Western Tien Shan Mountain (100 km from Tashkent in 2500-4200 m above sea level) by sedan/minivan. Upon arrival accommodation at hotel.

• Rest in mountain

Lunch and dinner in the mountains.
O/n at hotel.

DAY 4: Breakfast at hotel restaurant. Return to Tashkent. Upon arrival sightseeing of:

• Museum of history of Uzbekistan with departments of Ancient History and Modern Uzbekistan
• Navoi Opera & Ballet Theater
• Abdul Kasim Sheikh Madrassah-the present handicraft center

Lunch at Chinese restaurant.
Transfer to Tashkent International airport for flight back.

Accommodation on Day 4 is not included into tour package price.
Sport equipment in the mountains is not included into tour package price. Guests can rent needed sport equipment in touristic complex.
Check-in time at hotels at 14:00, check-out time-12:00.
